People tend to accumulate debts over a period of time, and it will take time and effort to resolve a debt problem.  There is a process in seeking assistance from CCS to address one's debt problem.  Depending on which stage you are at in seeking help from us, below are the steps for you to take your next course of action...

Want to attend CCS info talk

If you wish to seek assistance from CCS on your debt problem but have not attended our info talk on debt management yet, please register online - Info Talk.

Already registered for CCS info talk

If you have already registered for a CCS Info Talk session but need to make changes, please login with your registered user name and password to make your changes.

If you have already registered for a CCS Info Talk session but yet to attend it, and now your creditors are threatening to take legal actions against you, you may wish to inform your creditors that you are seeking assistance from CCS and appeal for grace.

Want a counselling session (attended CCS info talk within the past 90 days)

If you have already attended our info talk on debt management (within the past 90 days) and want to attend a credit counselling session, please quickly submit your counselling request package to us, and we will call you to setup a counselling appointment after receipt of your submission.

If you have already attended our info talk on debt management (within the past 90 days), you want to attend a credit counselling session but have misplaced the counselling request form, please email us at enquiry@ccs.org.sg and provide your full name, NRIC/PP number and the date (e.g. month/year) you attended the info talk.

Want a counselling session (attended CCS info talk more than 90 days ago)

If you have already attended the info talk on debt management (more than 90 days ago), you are requested to re-attend the Info Talk in order to request for a credit counselling appointment.  Please register for the CCS Info Talk online - Info Talk.

Wonder why CCS did not call you for a counselling appointment

If you have already submitted your request for credit counselling appointment more than 7 calendar days ago but have yet to hear from us, please call our Customer Service Officer to make enquiry. 

Please call us at 6225 5227 from Monday – Friday, 9 am – 6 pm, except public holidays.

Want help to file for bankruptcy application

CCS does not provide the services to file for bankruptcy application.

Please visit IPTO and the Supreme Court for information on bankruptcy application and/or consult a lawyer.
