Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) Precautionary Measures

On 7 Feb 2020, the Ministry of Health has stepped up the national risk assessment from DORSCON Yellow to DORSCON Orange (see press release).

In view of the novel coronavirus outbreak in Singapore, Credit Counselling Singapore (CCS) has implemented precautionary measures in the interests of the well-being of our visitors and staff. We are monitoring the situation closely based on advisories and updates released by MOH.

Our staff are committed to observing good personal hygiene practices and good environmental hygiene within our premises (including counselling and training rooms).

Additional Measures Taken by CCS

During this period, CCS WILL NOT BE RECEIVING WALK-IN VISITORS and HAS SUSPENDED ALL INFORMATION TALKS with effect from 18 February 2020.
