About Infotalk
As the title suggests, it is an information talk - a session to provide information, specifically related to debt management, the common debt collection process and the services provided by CCS.
The talk is held weekly (except during certain festive seasons) and normally on a weekday evening. It is conducted in English or Chinese, and lasts about 2 hours inclusive of a Q&A session.
This talk is the first level of assistance CCS extends to consumers. It is free of charge and it aims to empower the consumers with the knowledge to make an informed decision on how to handle their debt problems.
Handouts will be given at the end of the talk to equip the consumer to ’self help’ or to prepare the consumer to seek the next level of assistance from CCS via credit counselling.
To attend the Info Talk, consumers can either register through this website or call 1800 2255 227 between 9 am - 6 pm, Mondays - Fridays, for assistance to register online.
